Return policy for any item except special/custom orders
Each product is individually packed after closely inspecting them for all types of defects before shipment. All sales are final. No return or exchange request accepted therefore please place your orders carefully.
We do not accept claims such as: “I was not home when the item was delivered” or ” I was out of town during delivery time” etc. We ship the packages to the addresses customers provide us with. We consider the package delivered to them when it shows “Delivered” on USPS or DHL websites.
No jewelry returns are accepted.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Custom and duty are differ country to country. We are not responsible for delays and holds due to customs.
All Items are ship through DHL to Canada And USA. UPS and other companies to Europe and Australia.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship next business day , it means when it is ready to ship after the production/Processing time stated it will ship express mail rather then first class.
Processing and Production time is 2 to 7 business days
The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs the Warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, lost packages or customs . We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Special/Custom order return policy
We do not accept returns for custom or special orders. Special customized orders are made according to our customers’ choice of size/color and we will not accept returns. For more information please contact us.
Can I cancel an order? If you cancel your order in less than 24 hours, you will be charged US$ 30.00 cancellation fee or 30% of the total amount if it is less than $99.00. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. Please choose carefully and read the description of each item before purchase.
